It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order at ECO Brotbox. If you should not like an ordered article, you can return it to us within 14 days.
If you want to use of your revocation right, please send us an e-mail with your order number and the name of the article to be returned to email@example.com. This procedure is not mandatory, of course you can also declare your revocation by one of the options mentioned in the revocation information.

Please enclose the delivery note on which you mark the items you want to return. This allows us to assign the returns more quickly.
If you don't like or want to exchange a product, you unfortunately have to pay the shipping costs yourself.
We recommend that you use the box and packaging you received from us also for the return shipment. This way we can ensure that the goods will stay in good condition.
As soon as we have received your return, it will be checked and processed by us. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
If you return your order completely, we will refund the full amount of your order including any initial shipping charges. In the case of a partial return, we will refund you the amount of the returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs for you.
Returns and the environment - is your return really necessary?
Please keep in mind that returns are not only a costly process for us, but also a burden on the environment. Our goal is therefore to keep the number of returns as low as possible and for this we need your support.
