Returns

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order at ECO Brotbox. If you should not like an ordered article, you can return it to us within 14 days.

Return

If you want to use of your revocation right, please send us an e-mail with your order number and the name of the article to be returned to info@ecobrotbox.de. We will then send you a DHL return label, which is already franked and filled out completely.

Alternatively, you can arrange the return yourself.

Please enclose the delivery note on which you mark the items you want to return. This allows us to assign the returns more quickly.

Return costs

If you don't like or want to exchange a product, you unfortunately have to pay the shipping costs yourself. If you use one of our pre-franked return labels, we will deduct €4.95 from your refund.

 

 

Return packaging

We recommend that you use the box and packaging you received from us also for the return shipment. This way we can ensure that the goods will stay in good condition.

 

Refund

As soon as we have received your return, it will be checked and processed by us. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.

If you return your order completely, we will refund the full amount of your order including any initial shipping charges. In the case of a partial return, we will refund you the amount of the returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs for you. If you have received a pre-franked return label from us, we will deduct the costs (within Germany €4.95) from your refund.


Returns and the environment - is your return really necessary?

Please keep in mind that returns are not only a costly process for us, but also a burden on the environment. Our goal is therefore to keep the number of returns as low as possible and for this we need your support.

Therefore, when you make your purchase, consider whether the product really suits you and your needs. If you are unsure about your order, our customer service colleagues will be happy to help you find the best product for you.
