It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order from ECO Brotbox. If you do not like an ordered item, you can of course return it to us within 30 days in unused condition and in its original packaging. In case of product defects, the terms of the statutory warranty and our 5-year guarantee apply.

Costs of return shipment
In case of justified warranty and guarantee claims, ECO Brotbox will cover the return shipping costs. In case of non-satisfaction, exchange or repairs, you will have to bear the direct shipping costs for the return to us.
Packaging of the return & shipping method
We recommend that you use the box and packaging material you received from us for the return shipment. This way we can ensure that the return reaches us in good condition. ECO Brotbox GmbH does not take any responsibility for items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging material or incorrect addressing.
We therefore strongly recommend that you send your return by parcel service with a tracking number and keep the number until we have confirmed receipt of your return.
Once we receive your return, it will be reviewed and processed. The refund will be made to the same payment method you selected when you placed your order.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the full amount of your order, including any shipping charges paid. In case of a partial return, we will refund the amount of the returned items.
