Dispatch costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

For postage and packing within Germany you pay 4,95 € per purchase. From a goods value of 50 € the dispatch within Germany is free for you.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

The international shipping costs vary depending on the recipient country.

• EU + UK: 12,95€
• Rest of Europe: 19,95€
• Rest of the world: 29,95€

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Important: All payments except prepayment are handled by our payment service provider PayPal and must not be transferred to ECO Brotbox. If you have chosen PayPal by invoice, you will receive an email from Ratepay with all payment information. Payment reminders will also be sent by Paypal, or Ratepay. Ratepay, has paid in advance for you, which is why the amount due must be sent to Ratepay and not to ECO Brotbox.
