This product is part of our 5-year warranty. (Chipping or scratches caused by use are not covered by the warranty).
Note: The use of a sealing ring makes your box leak-proof. However, if the food is very hot, negative pressure can build up, making it much more difficult to open the box. Therefore, please let the food cool down before closing your box. If the food is very hot (over 70 degrees), it is recommended to remove the sealing ring - but then the box is no longer leak-proof.

Bei unseren neuen Farbvarianten wird die Farbbeschichtung ausschließlich auf die Außenseite der Produkte aufgebracht und kommt nicht in direkten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln. Trotzdem haben wir uns intensiv mit der Sicherheit der verwendeten Farben auseinandergesetzt, um sicherzustellen, dass sie weder die Gesundheit noch die Umwelt gefährden. Alle von uns verwendeten Farben wurden von unseren Lieferanten umfassend getestet und sind nachweislich frei von BPA und Phthalaten sowie von toxischen Stoffen. Dies wurde uns durch Zertifikate unserer chinesischen Lieferanten und deren Farbenlieferanten bestätigt. Obwohl unser externes Labor keine zusätzliche Prüfung für notwendig erachtet, haben wir uns dennoch entschieden, diese Informationen offen und transparent mit euch zu teilen.
Wir verstehen, dass die Vielzahl an Zertifikaten komplex sein kann, daher bieten wir euch eine zusammenfassende Einschätzung: Unsere Farben erfüllen strenge Sicherheitsstandards und stellen keine Gefahr für eure Gesundheit dar.
