Das Produkt ist nicht ganz billig, zeichnet sich aber durch hohe Qualität aus. Nachhaltig ist der Ersatzeilservice, der dem Produkt seinen Wert erhält.

Gute Idee, dass man nachkaufen kann, aner der Ersatz-Ring ist leider zu eng für die Metallbox und springt ständig heraus.

Our feedback: Hallo, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Beim Einsetzen des Ersatz-Silikonrings muss darauf geachtet werde, dass die eckige Seite des Rings immer nach innen zum Deckel zeigt. Sonst kann der Ring herausspringen. Sollte es mit dem Einsetzten trotzdem nicht funktionieren, kannst du von der 5 Jahre Garantie gebrauch machen und den Deckel bzw. den Ring reklamieren. Unser Kundendienst hilft dir gerne weiter.
